Lakefest 2027 Pitches

Your Own Patch of Eastnor

There's camping, and then there's having your own space. A marked-out 7m x 9m pitch means room to spread out, park up, put the awning out and come back to somewhere that's yours — not somewhere you had to squeeze into at 9pm on a Thursday.

Caravan, campervan, motorhome or a proper tent setup. Groups who want to be together. Families who want a bit of breathing room. If that sounds like you, this is where you want to be.

Pick Your Own Spot

Reserved Pitch - Purple, Red and Pink | £169.99
Choose your exact pitch on the map at the moment you book, and it's yours. Nobody else can take it. Booking as a group? Grab pitches next to each other and you're sorted — no convoy, no hoping, no "we'll try to be near you". Purple and Red sit 8-10 minutes from the arena, Pink 10-12.

Electric Hook-Up Pitch - Blue and Yellow | £299.99
The same pick-your-own-spot booking, plus 240v electric. A 6-8 minute walk to the arena, and they're the first to go every year.

Turn Up and We'll Sort You Out

Unreserved Pitch - Orange and Cyan | £149.99
All the space, none of the planning. Pick your field, and we'll put you on the next pitch when you arrive. Orange is 8-10 minutes to the arena. Cyan is 10-12 and tends to be the quieter of the two.

Electric Hook-Up Pitch - Gold | £399.99 | NEW FOR 2027
New for 2027, and our most premium pitch yet. A marked-out spot with 240v electric, the closest field to the arena at under 5 minutes, and the best view on site overlooking the main arena. Your gold vehicle hanger/sticker is posted out before you travel, so you avoid the queue and head straight to your field on arrival.

Come and Go Pitch - Green | £169.99
The only pitch where your car can leave and come back, as many times as you like, all weekend. Next to the access road for an easy in and out. If you're arriving late, nipping home, or working around the festival, this is the one.

What's Included

Your marked-out 7m x 9m space, one live-in vehicle, and a car alongside it as long as the whole lot fits inside your pitch. Need more room for a second car? Add Extra Pitch Parking when you book.

You'll need to bring your own hook-up cable, and it has to be at least 20m long with a 16amp plug. Anything shorter may not reach, and the wrong connection won't fit. We don't sell or hire them on site, so it's worth checking before you set off.

Charging electric vehicles is not permitted on any hook-up pitch. Anyone found doing so will be disconnected.

Three Things Worth Knowing

Get here by 10pm Thursday. Gates open 3pm Wednesday 11 August, and every pitch needs to be occupied by 10pm Thursday 12 August. Everyone's away by midday Monday 16 August.

Once you're in, you're in. Once you've arrived on your pitch you need to stay put until after the Sunday headliner — you won't be able to drive off and come back. If you do leave, you won't be allowed back onto the pitch fields and you'll need to park in general parking instead. It keeps the fields safe and the kids safer. Green Come and Go is the one exception: cars can leave and return whenever you like, and there's no Thursday deadline.

No generators anywhere on the pitches.

All vehicles display a pitch sticker, handed over at check-in. Gold customers get theirs posted out in advance.

Accessible Camping

Accessible pitches, with or without electric hook-up for essential medical equipment, aren't on general sale. Apply through lakefest.co.uk/accessible and our team will take it from there.

Before You Book

A pitch is not a festival ticket. Everyone staying on it needs their own Lakefest 2027 Weekend Ticket as well. Buying a pitch on its own won't get you through the gate.

Already got your weekend tickets? Then pick your pitch and get the best bit of the field while it's still there.
